A leading supplier of specialty food, beverage, and nutritional ingredients across Australia and New Zealand, based in Scoresby, Victoria, approached us seeking a more efficient and accurate pallet-wrapping solution for their warehouse. The business receives loose goods in containers and in other unpalletised packaged forms, then repacks them onto pallets and prepares them for national freight distribution. With high pallet volumes moving through the site daily, consistent wrap quality and precise pallet weights were essential for freight cost control and dependable dispatch planning.

Our review identified that wrapping and weighing were previously carried out manually and as two separate processes. The integrated scales allow pallets to be wrapped and weighed in one continuous workflow, while the roping function tightens the film into rope-like strands to secure the load from the base up, significantly improving stability during handling and transit. The X100 also offers a 400% maximum film pre-stretch for reduced material consumption and can wrap up to 25 pallets per hour, supporting faster throughput and lower operational cost.
