The X1000amp features a robust rotary arm with a heavy-duty slewing bearing drive system, designed to provide durable, quiet and reliable operation with minimal maintenance requirements. The rotary arm operates at an adjustable speed of 3–12 RPM, allowing the wrapping process to be adjusted to suit different applications and load requirements.

High-level wrapping safety is another key feature of the X1000amp. The rotary arm is equipped with an advanced SICK obstacle detection sensor, capable of detecting obstacles of any colour. If the rotary arm encounters an obstacle during the wrapping process, the machine is designed to stop immediately, helping provide a safer working environment for operators.

For further automation, the X1000amp is available with automatic film cutting and clamping, reducing manual handling at the beginning and end of the wrapping cycle and helping improve overall wrapping efficiency.
