Peter Phillips - Managing Director

Peter founded the business in 2000 and has managed its growth ever since.

With a previous business background in running a cabinet making company, Peter saw a gap in the packaging supplies market and knew there was the opportunity to provide high-quality products and service.

Since starting Gateway Packaging with the help of his two sons, the company has grown into a multi-million dollar business employing 12 staff.

When not at work, Peter likes to spend time with his family, visit his grandchildren and enjoy a single malt whiskey.

Craig Phillips - Sales Director

Craig has been with Gateway Packaging since it was founded in 2000.

He is an integral part of the company with experience in all areas of the business and now spends his time leading the expanding sales department.

He spends time in the office and loves to get out and personally catch up with our valued clients!

Bob Phillips - Business Development Manager

Bob has been an integral part of the family-owned business since it started in 2000 and now heads up Business Development.

He spends his time managing both the sales team and strategic planning for the future. He loves a challenge, so if you need a customised solution for your business, Bob is your go-to contact.

When not at work, Bob likes to spend time with his family, working in his garden, and cooking up a barbeque for his friends!


Trina Phillips - Finance Manager

Trina joined Gateway Packaging in 2005.

She is a wealth of knowledge having worked in many areas of the business including, reception, accounts & administration. She now leads the ever important Finance & Systems Team!

She loves creating systems for the team, making their daily tasks easier and more rewarding. She is also providing customers with spend visibility and insights into the savings that our company can provide!

Trina also spends her time on LinkedIn and loves to connect with new people!


Andrew Groves - Business Development Manager

Andrew has been with Gateway Packaging for over 7 years, starting out as our Warehouse Manager then progressing into the role of Operations & Procurement Manager.

He now works in Business Development and is continuously striving to achieve exceptional outcomes for our valued clients!

Andrew is also a seasoned triathlete!

He loves to spend his spare time training for the next event and the weekends with his young family.

Nick Trimboli - Operations & Logistics Manager

Nicholas joined the team in March 2017, taking over the role of  Operations & Procurement Manager at Gateway Packaging.

His background includes four years at Toll Contract Logistics in Melbourne as a Fleet Controller, whilst studying his Diploma of Logistics.

He is now responsible for all Purchasing, Inventory Control, 3PL and Transport Operations.

Nicholas enjoys going fishing on the weekends and traveling with his wife Emily.

Narelle White - Sales Support

Narelle joined the Gateway Packaging team in 2017 and took on the role of Sales Support!

She loves interacting with the team and most of all connecting with people to help them achieve their packaging requirements for their business.

On her days away from the office, Narelle loves to spend time with her family. Watching her children learn and grow into young adults is very rewarding however sometimes challenging.

She loves traveling, seeing new places, trying different foods and wines whilst trying to stay reasonably fit. Narelle prides herself on always being happy so when others look at or hear her they become happy too

Rob Alford - Warehouse Manager

Rob started with Gateway Packaging in 2015.

He is in charge of the day to day running in the warehouse, local deliveries, picking and dispatching orders, receiving deliveries and booking pick-ups with a range of freight companies.

In his spare time, he likes to spend time practicing and playing in his band as well as spending time with his family.


Ross Aitken - Warehouse Assistant

Ross started with Gateway Packaging in 2018.

His role includes assisting in running in the warehouse, local deliveries  picking and dispatching orders, receiving deliveries and booking pick-up’s with a range of freight companies.

He enjoys spending his spare time with his family and also has a keen interest in camping.
